Welcome to Schnepf Farms!
It's like a Remlinger Farms...except not really. Sure the smell of kettle korn gives it a down-home-country feel but the landscape just isn't the same. They had some rides and activities for the kids but I think our timing just needs to be better. We're just discovering this gem late in the growing season so many of the rides, activities and stations were shut down for the summer.
They still have apples and plums that you can go pick in June but that's about it. By the way, the peaches are delicious!
The
DBG - Desert Botanical Gardens. A.K.A, cactus-land. I knew Hadley would have a great time seeing all the different cactuses and desert life. Heck, I thought it was cool. There were all kinds of plants, animals and birds to see and keep track of.
